1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, please contact us at getin@itkul.in as soon as possible.

• A non-refundable 15% portion of the total course fee applies to all cancellations.
• If a student withdraws before the batch begins, they will receive a refund minus the non-refundable 15% fee.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• If a batch is cancelled by ITkul, students may choose a refund or shift to a new batch.
• If a refund is requested before classes start, the student receives the amount paid minus the 15% non-refundable fee.
• No refunds will be issued if:
  • The student is unable to complete the course.
  • The student voluntarily discontinues the course.
• Refund requests must be made within 2 days or within the first 2 hours of training (whichever occurs first).
• Proof of purchase is required to process refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Refund requests made after the eligible refund window.
• Downloadable digital products or content.
• Administrative and processing service charges (where applicable).

4. Refund Process

• After receiving your request, our team will review and verify the details.
• You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
